Shrimply Delicious Menu Items
Provoleta is a very popular and famous grilled cheese dish from Argentina. Thick slabs of provolone cheese are marinated in olive oil, oregano and crushed red peppers, then grilled on a very hot grill until the cheese is heated through and begins to melt. Served with toasted bread slices for smearing the cheese onto, and drizzled with chimichurri sauce (which is made from Italian parsley, garlic, aji molido, olive & canola oils, crushed red chilies, and salt - a sort of Argentinian “pesto”). This one's spicy... better have one of our lemonades to go with it!
